Adv. Shreya Singh

Ms Shreya Singh Shrinet is currently an Associate with the Firm, where she works in the Firm’s litigation and advisory practice, assisting with legal research, drafting, case preparation, and the day-to-day conduct of matters.

Her areas of practice and interest include civil and criminal litigation, arbitration and mediation, service law, banking and commercial law, intellectual property, and writ practice. Her experience includes assisting in matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and High Courts, with exposure to arbitration proceedings, civil and criminal litigation, service matters, commercial disputes, banking and securitisation matters, and intellectual property disputes.

At the Firm, Ms. Shrinet is actively involved in legal research, drafting and preparation of petitions, applications, affidavits, case briefs and other legal documents, as well as analysing pleadings, orders and judicial precedents. She brings a research-oriented and detail-focused approach to litigation and dispute resolution matters handled by the Firm. Her academic and professional interests also include trial and appellate litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
