Adv. Sheena Taqui

Ms. Sheena Taqui is a Senior Associate with the firm and a commercial litigation lawyer with experience in complex commercial disputes and corporate and insolvency matters. She has been practising law since 2018 and has developed her practice across domestic arbitration, insolvency and company law.

Her practice involves advising and assisting clients in commercial and corporate disputes, with a particular focus on insolvency and company law proceedings. She regularly assists clients with negotiations, legal due diligence, strategic advice and the preparation of petitions, applications, suits and other pleadings and legal documents.

Ms. Taqui has represented clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) and various arbitration institutions. Her experience includes handling matters at different stages of litigation and dispute resolution, from preliminary legal assessment and strategy to drafting, court proceedings and representation.
